Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, the following refund terms apply.
2. Free Services
If you have used our complimentary onboarding and mantra delivery service (no payment involved), no refund is applicable as no monetary transaction has occurred. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.
3. Paid Services
For any premium or paid consultation services we may offer:
- Before Delivery: If you wish to cancel your request before your personalized mantras have been prepared and delivered, you may request a full refund. Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After Delivery: Since our services involve personalized, custom-prepared spiritual content created specifically for you, refunds are generally not available once the mantras and remedies have been delivered to your WhatsApp or email.
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your mantras within the promised 48-hour timeframe (or 72 hours during peak periods) without prior communication, you are entitled to a full refund.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that certain situations may require flexibility. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- You received mantras that were clearly not relevant to the information you provided (e.g., prepared for wrong birth details due to our error).
- Technical issues on our end prevented proper delivery of the complete package.
- Duplicate charges or payment processing errors.
In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with details of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
